We believe that political action is necessary to fix the problems that parents and children face in family law, courts and associated para-governmental services. While raising awareness, legal challenges, social research and individual actions are important, our organization and movement exist to advocate for parents in political areas, change law and practice so that no fit parent loses a child in family courts. Our mission is to educate parents and politicians on the importance of equal parenting responsibilities, organize parents and supporters for effective political action and to change family courts and processes to a consensual, non-adversarial and conflict resolution system.
